Sailing the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean waters the ship captured more than a dozen pirate and slave trading vessels during the 1820's. The First Alabama The first ship to sail with the name Alabama was built in New York and acquired by the US Government in 1819. She was a 74-gun ship-of-the-line powered by sail, but took so long to be constructed, that she wasn't launched until the outbreak of the Civil War, at which time her name was changed to New Hampshire. The "Almost Alabama" The first ship whose name was to be Alabama was laid down in 1819. However, most people would be hard pressed to identify the other six ships called Alabama. Like others have said create account and play on the test servers, you start with a t8 ship in most lines so easy to get and play with them all to see what suit youĪs you are asking for hte Best Premium I'd go for the Tirptiz with a high ranked Captain and the right upgrades for Secondaries, you'll eat most DD and Cruisers alive with the range, you'll fire you secondaries before they get to fire torps. Many people know that Alabama was the name of a USS battleship that served in World War II and the name of a famous Confederate Raider that sailed during the American Civil War.

It's really down to what suits your style of play. Monarch is similar to the NC but I feel it don't hit as hard.Īmagi/Kii kinda the same as the Bismarck/Tirptiz as in they are pretty much the same ship the main difference KII has torps. (Ie cruisers and Battleships stupid enough to give you a broadside) The downside of the NC and Alabama is that they are easy to find and hit their citadels. North Carolina is great for hnting carriers with the best AA setup for the tier, Citadel someone with the NC and they will certainly know about it.

Bow tank the other BB's and hunt them down, then pop out the torps as a reminder you have them as you sail passed the broadside. The Tirptitz has lest secondary and AA firepower but does have torps. Personally I'd go for the Bismarck and/or Tirptiz.
